Overview
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from this website’s own server, not from Google or any other provider.
Personal data is only processed where technically necessary to run the website, or when you contact me yourself.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland.
When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data.
Log files are deleted or anonymised as soon as they are no longer needed to deliver and secure the website; the host sets the periods for this. They are kept longer only while a specific security incident is being investigated.
I have concluded a data processing agreement with the host under Art. 28 GDPR.
Contact by email, phone or enquiry form
If you contact me by email or phone, I process your details to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of my legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The enquiry form on this website does not store or send anything itself: it only creates an email in your own email app, which you send yourself.
Providing your data is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement, but without it I cannot answer your enquiry. If no order results, I usually delete your enquiry no later than six months after our last contact. If an order results, I keep documents relevant for tax and commercial law for the statutory periods (e.g. invoices eight years under § 14b UStG and § 147 AO, business letters six years under § 147 AO).
Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). An informal message to the email address above is enough.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
I will then no longer process the data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An informal message to the email address above is enough.
Encryption
This website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). You can recognise it by the padlock in your browser’s address bar.
