Selected work
A glimpse of almost ten years of 3D printing – from technical spare parts to fully painted showpieces.
Project list
Spare part from a scan: engine‑bay fan shroud
Broken, no drawing, no replacement available – scanned, redesigned as a CAD model and printed with glass-fibre reinforcement.
Life-size display mannequin
A life-size male figure for the Hamburg sports brand TD – printed in segments, magnetically detachable and finished in metallic paint.
Functional parts for mountain bikes
SLA-printed handguards, brackets for add-ons and a bike-computer mount – tested on the trail.
3D scan & enlarged replica of a cane head
Starting from a hand-painted steampunk cane head: scanned, digitally prepared and reprinted at a larger scale.
Full suit of armour – from raw print to finish
Every part filled, sanded, primed, painted and weathered – assembled to be worn, including the helmet and a prop with a wood-effect finish.
Masks, crowns & props
Fine engraving, delicate filigree, smooth surfaces: detailed work in FDM and SLA – painted from high gloss to metallic.
Happy to show you more work in person.
